Congratulations to Barbara who has been awarded the member of the month award for February 2012.
Barbara was nominated by the nurses in our placing team for ‘stepping up to the mark’ and ‘showing great concern and empathy’ for one her clients in particular.
Another client has recently commented that “All carers have been good”, but that “Barbara has been head & shoulders above the rest… & can’t do enough”. Furthermore, in March this month, another client praised Barbara for being very professional, kind and compassionate. Sincere thanks and congratulations to Barbara from all at Gardiner’s.
Also nominated for February 2012 was Karen who attended a client late in the evening at very short notice. Her immediate help at such a late hour was very much appreciated by our on call nursing team.
January 2012 – The winner was Keron who had received some great feedback from clients about her caring skills and the advice she gave. Also nominated were:
- Fiona who our office based nurses commented was charming, attentive, professional and always thinking of her client’s best interests
- Nicky for receiving great feedback after supporting a client in a very difficult situation.
- Caroline who has done exceptionally well at a new client’s.
